We only ship to countries belonging to the European Union.
Delivery is FREE throughout Italy for all orders over 70 Euro .
Only for Italy there are 3 shipping methods:
- COLLECTION IN THE STORE (At via del corso 280 00168 Rome);
- STANDARD EXPRESS COURIER at a cost of 2.5 euros;
- PHASE EXPRESS COURIER at a cost of 8.50 euros;
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during business hours (9:00 - 19:00)
For deliveries outside Italy (EU countries only ), the shipping costs amount to 15 Euro and there is no free shipping any way.
Any customs fees are charged to the customer and are not included in the final amount of the order.
The couriers used for shipments are SDA and TNT for Standard shipping and DHL for Fast shipping ;
The delivery of orders on the Italian territory takes place within the fourth working day from the date of shipment (from 24 to 72 hours); Within 10 working days for shipments outside Italy.
Our goal is to make deliveries within the deadlines specified above. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to specific courier closing days. All orders are processed in the following way:
- Orders placed are shipped within the first working day following the order date;
- Orders placed during the weekend are processed and shipped the following Monday, or in any case the first following working day;
- Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed starting on the following working day.
SHIPPING TRACKING
Once your order has been delivered to the courier, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including tracking number .
PLEASE NOTE
Delivery times may be longer during the sales and promotions period .
In order to avoid missing deliveries or delays in the same, please check that the shipping address is correct. This is because the only way to change the address once the order is completed is by contacting the courier directly. If at the address indicated there is no one who can accept the delivery of the items ordered, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox or, in some cases, will try to contact you by phone.
