This right of withdrawal can be exercised without the application of penalties and without giving reasons.

In order to receive the refund, the goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (including accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc. ), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, complements, etc.);

The shipping costs for returning the goods will be at our expense;

The return of the bags is accepted in the presence of the original label / tag and the purchase receipt.

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed on all products purchased, with the exception of personalized products . In the latter case, to guarantee your purchase, these items can be returned if they are defective, with the timing and methods described below.

RETURN PROCEDURE

As seen, it is possible to obtain a full refund by returning the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, respecting the above criteria and following the procedure described below.

In order to start a return procedure, the customer must perform the following steps:

  1. If the order was placed after registering on the website https://www.salomeroma.it , access the your personal area;
  2. If the order was placed without registering on the website, access your personal e-mail box:
  • Access the "Orders" page and copy the order number of the item to be returned;
  • Alternatively, search for the email sent by Salomè Roma with the order summary of the item to be returned and copy the order number (it can be found above the summary table, where it says' Order number ... ');
  • Send the return request by email to info@salomeroma.it , indicating the type of return desired, the order number and, in in case of an order that contains several items, please specify the item that will be returned.

After carrying out these steps, the customer will receive a communication from Salomè Roma in which the next steps necessary to successfully complete the return procedure.

Also in the same email the pre-printed label of the courier will be sent to make the collection at your home.

Pack items carefully in the original order packaging if possible, otherwise use appropriate shipping packaging. Print the label received by email and attach it to a visible side of the package.

For parcel tracking you can use the courier's online tracking service, so you know when we have received your parcel. Make sure that the package is in the hand of the courier within 30 days from the date you received the order. We will verify and accept your return within 1-3 working days of receiving the package and will send you an e-mail confirming that the refund has been issued.

The customer can request a refund via discount voucher or in money .

The discount coupon can be used for a future purchase on our site. It has no expiration date and is not refundable if it is used to place another order. If, on the other hand, a cash refund is requested and you paid cash on delivery, please communicate to info@salomeroma.it your bank details necessary for process the refund:

LEGAL GUARANTEE ON DEFECTIVE GOODS

In addition to the above, Salomè Roma di Bentura Daniele , recognizes a legal guarantee of 24 months (twenty-four) for any defects present in the Products. A Product is "defective" if upon receipt it is damaged or if, within two years of purchase, it manifests a manufacturing or material defect. We remind you that Products damaged due to normal wear and tear due to use are not considered defective.

In the presence of a "defective" Product, Salomè Roma di Bentura Daniele will proceed with the repair or replacement of the good. If the repair or replacement is impossible or excessively expensive, you can request a reasonable reduction in the price or the termination of the contract and the consequent refund of the price paid.

A minor lack of conformity does not give the right to terminate the contract and the consequent refund of the entire price paid.
